I am pleased, Mr. Minister, that you are consulting your partners in education in regards to the planning of the return to school in September of 2020.
I prefer Scénario B for elementary schools (one day out of two), and I
certainly prefer Scénario B for secondary schools (presence in class 33 % of the time).

The same should apply to the English school service centre elections scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 2020. Putting the voters, candidates, and election employees at risk is inconceivable. The Government of Québec should delay
these English school service centre elections until Sunday, November 7, 2021, and hold them at the same time as the municipal elections scheduled province-wide at that time.
As a retired teacher and school principal, I understand the difficulty of
the decisions facing you as Minister of Education and Higher Education. I’m always available at your convenience to discuss current educational issues.
