I see pedal bikes on our highways all the time not using the trail and most business owners in the Pontiac will admit that pedal bikers do not support them other than using their bathrooms. ATV users will support these business owners. How much was spent to build this under-used trail?

ATV users will support these business owners. How much was spent to build this under-used trail? Was there a survey done lately to verify the situation and clarify how many people are actually using the trail?
