RAPIDES-DES-JOACHIMS – Dale Lévesque and Anne Butler were elected to seats 3 and 4 respectively during a by-election on February 23. Mary-Lynn Daly and Carole Desnoyers also ran for the positions.
The election was to replace Councillor Maureen Sarrazin who resigned last October and Councillor Paul-André Paquette who also resigned in the fall.
