After reading the article ‘Quebec budget boasts $2 billion surplus’ on page 2 of the April 6 edition, I had a warm and fuzzy feeling, but after reading
Peter Gauthier’s column ‘Budget puts economics before health’, not so much. In my opinion, the ordinary guy may conclude that one of these is incorrect. Might I suggest that these two articles may have referred to each other in an attempt at reconciliation?
