OTTER LAKE – The Otter Lake RA committee held their 5th annual fishing derby on Farm Lake on Saturday February 7 at the Raymond Johnston Center. The day kicked off with registration and a community breakfast served by local volunteers, then the lake was sprinkled with fishing huts, and groups enjoying the day. The afternoon included a Texas Hold Em tournament and free ski or snowshoe lessons with Ski at School. The hall was packed as they declared Robbie Lafleur the big winner with his 15.25″ bass. Tied for 2nd place with 15″ fish was Paul Arbour and Devon Lafleur who caught 5 fish and took home third place. The committee raffled off over 60 door prizes donated from local businesses and organizations.
