Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church fundraiser
Parishioners and music lovers gathered Sunday afternoon, October 27, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Waltham for an afternoon of live music featuring the Fiddlaires duo. Lucie and Wilson Lazarus of L’Isle-aux-Allumettes entertained the crowd of more than 50 with fiddling and step dancing, accompanied on guitar by Kyle McKey from Petawawa. Admission was by donation and a 50/50 draw was also held. The event raised a total of $844 which will go towards church renovations.
