If you live in the Municipality of Pontiac and get a call about an attic inspection to receive an energy saving grant of $1800, it is a scam. They’ll ask if you speak French and if you say no, they’ll hang up. If you do speak French, they then give you their spiel in English. They call from a 337 area code. I have verified with the Municipality and no such grant exists.
