Photo bumblebee: Scavenger Hunters – 21 participants raced through hints and clues to compete to win cash and prizes during Otter Lake Bumblebee Committees Grand Finale Event.
Otter Lake Bumblebee Committee held their Grand Finale June 10, sending eight teams on a scavenger hunt throughout the village. The winning team, comprised of Paula, Esther and Colinda Dubeau, Guy St-Aubin, Donna Roy, Robert Yourth, and Henri & Marc Beaudoin, received the $210 cash prize and $1,200 in gifts sponsored by local businesses. Consolation prize winners: Richard Lance ($100 Nordic Spa gift certificate), Sophie Bechamp (Koena Spa gift certificate), Cathy Lafleur ($100 Hillhaus Domes gift certificate) Deb Ross and Annick Lance (Table for 4 at Yuk Yuks Comedy Club). Over $200 was raised and donated to the Otter Lake RA.
